Office equipment rental lets you furnish your office with printers, multifunction devices, scanners and projectors without investing in expensive hardware. We select equipment from reliable manufacturers to match your workload, configure it and deliver it ready to use.

Pricing is transparent: you pay a fixed monthly rental fee for the equipment plus a fee for the pages you actually print, which already includes consumables – cartridges, toners and drums – as well as preventive maintenance and repairs. No surprise costs for servicing or worn parts.

As your business needs change, the equipment can be swapped for more capable models, and at the end of the term you can extend the rental, upgrade the devices or return them. Returned hardware is refurbished or responsibly recycled, and rented equipment is not recorded as a fixed asset of your company.
